I tell stories that make people laugh, cry – then think.
I am an experienced museum professional and events programmer with a background in learning, cultural events and science communication.
I currently lead public programmes at the National Maritime Museum, part of Royal Museums Greenwich, engaging audiences with the collection, story of the site and contemporary relevance through an innovative live programme.
An alumni of the engage Extend Leadership programme, I have an interest in leadership development and organisational change. I am a mentor for GEM’s Foundation course in Museum Learning supporting early career Museum educators to identify their skills and areas for development. I am a Museums Association representative for London.
My background is in public and schools engagement, and I have previously worked at the Royal Institution and Natural History Museum. I have an MSc in History of Science, Technology and Medicine and a BSc in Science Communication & Policy.
